2. Shipping Within the United States

Total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time and Transit Time.

• Processing Time: Typically 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Transit Time: Typically 5–13 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Total Estimate: In most cases, total delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of order.

• The above applies to U.S. orders with standard shipping. Actual times may vary by product type and shipping conditions.

• Some items may require additional processing or delivery time.

• We process orders Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT.

3. Rerouting Packages: If you contact the carrier to reroute or forward a package after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during that process.
