Shipping Carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS & Local Post
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Freight Rule: Free standard shipping on orders over $39.99; a flat shipping fee of $10 for orders under $39.99.
- Processing Time: In-stock items: 1–2 business days; Custom items: 7–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Transit Time: Overseas warehouse fulfillment: 7 business days; International fulfillment: 5–13 business days; Custom items total delivery: 10–20 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Tracking info activates within 24 hours; track via the carrier’s site or our official page.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer’s sole responsibility (not included in product/shipping costs). We can provide relevant shipping documents for clearance upon request.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please confirm your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses; reshipping fees apply for returned packages. Rerouting requests after shipment bear all risks and fees by the buyer.
DELAYS & DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS
We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (weather, customs, holidays). For delays over 7 business days, contact us with your order number.
For damaged/lost shipments, file a claim within 30 days with the carrier or us, retaining original packaging and providing proof. We will assist with carrier claims, compensation subject to carrier policies.
